Steps to add signature in Gmail:

1. In Gmail, click the gear icon in the top right and select See all settings
2. Scroll down to the Signature section
3. Create a new signature or select an existing one to edit
4. Copy the HTML code from the section below
5. In Gmail, delete any existing content in the signature box
6. Paste the copied HTML code into your Gmail signature
7. Click Save Changes at the bottom of Gmail settings
